What to expect for your child or for you, from your first class to your first belt.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Beginners are welcome in kids karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. Every class starts with the basics and builds from there.
What should we wear to the first class?
Comfortable athletic clothes are fine for a first visit. A coach will talk you through uniform needs once you decide to join.
How does grading work?
Every student follows a belt curriculum with written grading criteria, so you always know exactly what comes next.
What memberships do you offer?
We offer a kids program, an adult unlimited membership and a family of three membership. See the memberships for what each one includes.
