What age can my child start karate?
Our kids karate classes welcome young beginners through teens. A coach can place your child in the right group during your tour, based on age and experience.
Do I need experience to start Brazilian jiu-jitsu or Muay Thai?
No. Adults walk in at every level, from first-timers to competitors. Our coaches start you with the fundamentals and build from there.
What should we wear on the first visit?
Come in comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. If you continue, we'll fit you for a gi or gloves as needed for your program.
How does belt grading work?
Every student trains against a written belt curriculum, so you and your child always know exactly what's required for the next grade, taught by our black belt coaches.
How do I see class days and times?
Class days, times and instructors are on our live timetable. Check it and pick a class to start with.
How do I join or see membership options?
See the memberships for the Kids program, Adult unlimited and Family of three, and everything each one includes.
Can I pause or change my membership?
Membership terms vary by plan. See the memberships for the full details before you sign up.
Where are you located and when are you open?
We're at 1801 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78702. Open Monday to Friday, 4pm–9pm, and Saturday, 9am–1pm.
